List Maintenance
Easily add, edit, and delete information from your system to keep it running smoothly. AlignOps list maintenance capabilities give authorized users the ability to define information used across five key areas: Tools & Materials, Purchasing & Receiving, Job Cost & Billing, List Utilities, and Service.
- Data Loader. Easily update data in bulk, selecting from a group of objects, exporting the existing data and updating. In addition to updating existing records, the Data Loader can be used to insert new records.
- List Entry. Create and maintain lists of assets, asset statuses, manufacturers, categories, stocking locations, etc.
- List Reporting. Print and share list reports for periodic review.
Org Tree
AlignOps provides an interface based on the Organization Tree that lets you easily find and manage assets wherever they are — in town, across the country, or around the world.
- Multiple Stocking Locations. Define both permanent and temporary stocking locations as needed in the system.
- Full Visibility. Get information on the location, status, and inventory quantities for all your assets across the entire organization.
- Easy Asset Transfers.Quickly and efficiently move resources to where they are needed most — from warehouses to tool cribs to jobsites to supply vehicles — to get the most value from them.
Reporting and Analytics
- Dashboards. AlignOps users can get clear, concise information at a glance with AlignOps dashboards. From general overviews to exception reporting, access comprehensive data needed to make sound decisions.
- Reports and Graphs. Take the guesswork out of managing your tool and equipment inventories with AlignOps' broad range of reports covering all aspects of tool, equipment, materials, and consumables management, including item reports, transfer reports, service reports, job cost and billing reports, and more.
- Scheduled Custom Reporting. Create custom and scheduled reports to improve forecasting with better visibility, to be notified when inventory levels drop below certain thresholds, and more. AlignOps Scheduled Custom Reporting allows you to build useful reports using a multitude of data options for others to view. Add columns, apply filters and use grouping options to build reports. Once completed you can save, run, edit and export as well as auto-deliver reports to email recipients on a recurring basis.
User Access and Control
AlignOps provides a powerful, flexible, state-of-the-art security framework to give authorized users unimpeded access to the system capabilities they need while preventing unauthorized access or activities. Administration functions also let you manage technical settings related to cloud storage of data, system updates, and the encryption of data.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Enforce system security by grouping specific permissions into roles and assigning roles to users. Options to View, Add, Edit, Delete, and Execute give you very granular control.
- Password Management. Quickly change passwords and security questions as needed to ensure only authorized users can access the system.
- Item Number Allocation. Align automatically reserves unique blocks of item numbers for users who are defining new assets to ensure no numbers are duplicated.
- Company Calendar. Manage the company calendar to set working hours and holidays. Billing functions use these calendar settings.
