Interview Stakeholders

Prioritize Improvements
Post-interview, you’ll receive a comprehensive report detailing your organization’s Safety Best Practice score, health and safety analysis, and a prioritized set of recommendations that your Align consultant will review with you and strategize next steps.
Ongoing Support
To ensure your success, we will follow up monthly for three months to assess your progress and provide additional coaching and recommendations. When the process is finished, we can also connect you with a third-party safety professional for additional support if needed.
